Among the destinations that are very popular every year, especially in winter, it is no coincidence that most call it the <strong>\"cosmopolitan\" of Parnassos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Built at <strong>950 meters<\/strong>, on the <strong>slopes of Parnassos<\/strong>, it was once considered almost a \"suburb\" of Athens as there were too many people who considered the approximately 150 kilometers that separate the capital from the \"lady\" Arachova, her patrons and her ski resort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Arachova, therefore, with the characteristic Clock (or Hour as the locals call it) and the Bridge, the \"protagonist\" main street and the \"warm embrace\" of strong&gt;Lakkas Square<\/strong>, the countless options for food, drink, shopping and accommodation and the famous<strong>Ski Center of <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeast.gr\/ travel\/arthro\/8122422\/parnassos-tria-choria-gia-tis-cheimerines-exormiseis-me-aroma-christougennon\" target=\"_blank\">Parnassos<\/a><\/strong>, is also the first thought of everyone when organizes a winter expedition that wants to have it all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Its beauty, however, is timeless and always fascinates, especially those who are not dazzled by its shallow prominence but are captivated by the hospitality of the inhabitants and the beauty of the landscape. With the river Pleistos flowing at the bottom of the ravine, Arachova stands at the passage that connected, since ancient times, the <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeast.gr\/travel\/ arthro\/2361827\/delfi-ena-taxidi-sto-chrono\" target=\"_blank\">Delphi<\/a><\/strong> - from which it is about 12 kilometers away - and the plain of Amfissa with Boeotia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-heading\">Walk in Arachova and its reference points<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">The walk in <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeast.gr\/tag\/araxwba\" target=\"_blank\">Arachova<\/a><\/strong>is impossible not to pass through its paved central square while the <strong>steps to Ai George<\/strong> start from the main street. Of course you will be photographed at Arachova's trademark, the clock, which dates back to the beginning of the 18th century.
